FREE 5k GROUP RUNS

All Are Welcome!

The Running Center offers FREE training runs that anyone can join!  We start meeting at SRC and then follow a course through nearby neighborhood.

Thursday Evenings at 5:45 pm.

Join us EVERY Thursday evening for a 5k run designed for runners of all abilities.  Our staff will provide insight and coaching in a fun environment.  We have a drawing for free giveaway prize each week.

At this time we cannot provide water on the course, and recommend you bring your own.
