FREE GROUP RUNS
All Are Welcome!
The Running Center offers FREE training runs that anyone can join! We start meeting at SRC, but may move to other locations, with notice, periodically.
Saturday Mornings at 7:30 a.m.
Join us on Saturday mornings for a 45 min training session designed for beginners interested in improving. Our staff will provide insight and coaching in a fun environment. Saturday mornings will include stretching, strength, and a run/walk to fit your needs.
